Actually the author intentionally used the word &quot;verities&quot; and put it into quotes to denote the relational context in which he was using the term.
The word comes from VERITY which is defined as &quot;The quality or condition of being true, factual, or real&quot;

However with that said, I can see your point that a casual read of the article might lead one to think that the author intended to use the word &quot;varieties&quot;, however that was not the case.

CoinLink does run &quot;spellcheck&quot; on our articles and news postings, and there are times that we miss something, or the authors writing style can be misleading. However in this instance I do not think that was the case.</description>
