<description>I just ran across a 1980 article on phone tokens and a mention of a book, Frank Earl&#039;s Slotted, Grooved, and Punched. Is it still available?

I am a telephone collector and membership chair for the Telephone Collectors International organization. I wrote an article last year for our newsletter about Goetz tokens and have been looking for an actual photo of a Chicago payphone with one of the devices mounted to it for token use. Any ideas? Is the handbook still available?

Thanks,
