		<description>I recently found a 1993 canadian dime that is magnetic.  So i did some research on this topic and found that it wasn&#039;t untill 1999 when they started minting the coins out of steel.  up until then they were supposed ot be made from nikle, i was just wondering if there was any significance in this.</description>
