Dear NGC,

I am fairly new to collecting coins. So far i'm not familiar with all of the coin collecting quirks involved with the grading process. I purchased the Platinum 10th anniversary set with hopes of having it graded. Now I am seeing that the regular proof coin can not be graded with the special seal due to it being opened. I deem this to be unfair since common sense say's they come as a set. Who would want to replace one with another coin when there is no advantage in doing so unless that person has a full knowledge of being able to determine a grade of a coin. Is there another grading service offering the 10th anniversary coin slabs to allow me grading of the complete set?
