First Ever Pattern Night Scheduled for January FUN By Heritage

History will be made in Heritage’s FUN Signature Auction when they hold the first ever Pattern Night on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 — an extraordinary event offering more than 550 American coin patterns. These wonderful pieces of numismatic history range from coins that might have been, to off-metal strikings of familiar series, to preliminary designs for collecting specialties. The heard of Pattern Night will be the incredible collection of 475 different patterns that comprise The Lemus Collection – Queller Part Two, assembled by the Queller family over many decades and named to honor Mrs. Queller’s special collecting efforts in this intriguing area. The Queller Family, who made numismatic history when they auctioned their $10.3 million silver dollar collection in our Central States auction in April, has consigned another world-class collection of numismatic masterpieces.
