		<description>In the autobiographical sketch of the artist Charles Allan Winter, 1875?-1942, he says that he supplied the American Bank Note Company with designs for certificates. How do I check this? It serems plausible--his designs were very classical. I expect that he did this between 1910 and 1925.</description>
