I would expect that they will trade at the same levels as "Non-First Strike" coins, so changing the holder would have no effect on values, IMO. According to your article, dealers are not going to be interested in these. Should the grading companies not be made to re-grade these coins without the "first strike" designation and without a fee for doing so?
