EBay was overwhelmed with complaints about thier powersellers peddling WAY OVERGRADED "certified" coins!These sellers hide behind thier refund policy all the while hoping the buyers wont know any better.My theory,"anything that can be abused will be" especially when money is involved. DOMINION will fail for the same reasons PCI and the rest. For the sake of arguement,lets say DOMINION uses the exact grading staff as NGC or PCGS,no one will trust any of these bottom tier slabbers.
