What about the collectors who have submitted coins for grading under collector society memberships only to see there coins get graded much higher when submitted by a "authorized dealer". I had submitted a Walker to both PCGS and NGC it came back to me questionable authenticity. I give it to a dealer to submit to PCGS and it comes back with a value of $8000. Doctoring coins is criminal, but so is defrauding collector submissions in favor of dealers.

Will the real coin doctor please stand up?

im wondering if PCGS is planning to refund any of the grading fees associated with the initial slabbing of the coins that they now feel have been "doctored" someone paid for those coins to be initially graded, will PCGS spend even one dime to track down those consumers that were bilked out of grading fees before PCGS realized thier so called experts werent capable of identifying high level doctored coins

This "coin doctor" law suit came up while I was researching the background of an Alfred Rossman in Las Vegas. What can you tell me about the AL Rossman from the suit? I wonder if it is the same person? Anything you can tell me would be helpful like birthplace, profession, college(s). Thank you.
