Hows the market currently and the outlook for modern coins. Over the last 10 years I have soley assembled a state quarter cud collection. I have close to 60 ngc slabbed different major die breaks and am shooting for the most complete and highest graded state quarter cud collection in the world,,,and from knowing most of the major cud collectors, I believe I am already there. With the conclusion of the program, know it is simply upgradeing. Half my collection are ngc ms67's (highest grade known, pcgs, anacs, ngc). And most of the other half are the hard ones. Some ,,,the only cud known to us cud collectors. Anyways I valued each coin at around $100 but what about as a collection of the finest known?? How would I do in todays market,,, say in a heritage type auction?? Sell, dont sell, reserve, no reserve, value??? How are error coins doing, and how did they doat the fun. Any help would be appreciated.

I am a colllector of coins not a investor. I was at the FUN show and I was shocked at how high and how over graded the material seemed this year. I have attended the show for the last five years and this year I was disappointed. I searched through countless tables and only found a couple of dealers being realistic about prices and grading. I think the show put on by FUN was very educational and I learned alot which I guess is the name of the game. I left with spending very little money I will wait to aquire more coins for another day.
