I am curious about an 1880 cinco decimos from Columbia. On the front is a small round counterstamp with a crest in a circle and above the crest reads "costa rica". The reverse has a different counterstamp with a lion in the center and reads around the edges "Habilitad por el Gobierno". What is it? I have tried researching it but wow, am I confused. Thank You, Thomas Donahue

I'm trying to price a collection of Silver Costa Rican coins that were minted in the late 1980s. Each coin represents one of the Seven Provinces. Any idea? Thank you!
