Heritage will be offering one of only two known 1825/4 Half Eagles as part of the Signature sale to be held at the Baltimore ANA. The 1825/4 is a part of the Capped Head half eagle type, one of the rarest series of American coins.

The Royal Spanish Mint has issued a 5 coin set commemorating the Bicentenary of the War of Independence that brought Spain into combat with the forces of the First French Empire and triggered the uprising of May 2, 1808.

One of the two known 1861-P “Paquet Reverse” Double Eagles will be displayed during the American Numismatic Association World’s Fair of Money. The $20 denomination gold coin, graded NGC MS-67, is owned by Brian Hendelson, President of Classic Coin Co. of Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Well-known numismatic firm, Kagin’s, Inc. (www.Kagins.com) of Tiburon, California, founded in 1933 by Arthur M. “Art” Kagin, will celebrate the company’s 75th anniversary during the upcoming American Numismatic Association World’s Fair of Money convention in Baltimore.
